Great Condition

The properties must be in great condition when our team views them unless we are specifically looking for refurb opportunities. We have a 7 page property inspection form that all of our sourcer's must use when carrying out the viewing.

High Returns

To achieve the investor the highest ROI we specifically target properties within a budget range of £50k to £200k however we will pass on properties that have a higher purchase price providing the ROI is a minimum of 20%

We also have a consistent pipeline of off market development opportunities ranging from land without planning permission to commercial conversion opportunities both big and small

Management Team In The Area

All the properties we pass to investors will have the opportunity to take on a local management team who will be confident the property will let. We also have builders, legal teams and mortgage brokers in place that are waiting to be instructed

Our Process

We will assess all the properties from our sourcer's on Monday's and offer these properties to our database of investors on Tuesdays.

We will send this via our opt in email service, if you're not on that list you're missing out.

Once you are on our mailing list you will receive emails regularly with great investment deals. If you like the look of a particular deal simply follow the instructions on the email for reserving the deal.
